Mohali As It Was
Mohali, in the 1990s, saw a renaissance when it came to rapid urban development. From a place nestled in the rustic rural ambiance, Mohali was primed to cocoon into a bustling cityscape.
Gillco Began to Build
From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Gill powered his wheel of thought to bring a pioneering transformation into the real estate realm and continued his hard work for people, by people. And the fruit of time was that the year. 2001 became the hearthstone in the life of Gills, where millions of families expressed their dreams and Gillco began to build.
Gillco Valley
In 2004, a significant milestone was achieved with the establishment of Gillco Valley, one of the most largest townships in Mohali. The following year, 2005, witnessed the formal establishment of the Gillco Group of companies, emerging as a beacon of hope for numerous communities.
Gillco International School
In 2013, Gillco International School was established for the betterment of the generations to come.
Gillco Parkhills
2016 marked Gillco’s premium residential addition to its portfolio with Gillco Parkhills, a monumental success at 19 stories high, right on the Mohali Airport Road.
Gillco Industrial Park
The Gillco Group of Companies also channelized industrial growth with its new project, Gillco Industrial Park on IT City Road in 2017. Since then, the journey remains unstoppable. 20,000+ smiles is just not an achievement for us. It’s an emotion.
